Matt Pelishek is the program director at KAXL 88.3 Life FM in Bakersfield, California, and co-host of “The Afternoon Joy Ride.” He joined the station in 2007 and has worked in radio for more than 20 years, helping KAXL earn national recognition, including Christian Music Broadcasters’ Station of the Year honors. A father of three daughters and a second-degree black belt, Matt also enjoys Star Wars, old kung fu films and 1980s cartoons.
