WE ARE ONE ‘Run The Streets’ in New Live Video

WE ARE ONE are taking their message outside the walls of the church with the new live music video for “Run The Streets.” The Mainstay Records single and video arrived Aug. 28.

The Detroit-area group turns a year of city outreach into an energetic mix of worship, electronic music and rock.

At its core, the song reflects a determination to carry faith into the places where people actually live. That idea is right there in the title.

‘Run The Streets’ Grew Out of City Outreach

“Run The Streets (Live)” grew out of a year when WE ARE ONE spent significant time reaching into surrounding communities.

Instead of separating that work from the music, the group folded the experience directly into the song.

As a result, the live performance carries the urgency of electronic music and rock while remaining rooted in worship.

The central idea is simple. A broken past does not have to define the future. Likewise, faith is not meant to stay buried inside a building.

For WE ARE ONE, the answer is movement.

WE ARE ONE Bring Their Youth Movement Into the Music

The band grew out of the WE ARE ONE youth movement at Gateway Assembly in Imlay City, Michigan.

Five of the group’s six members are brothers from two families. Over time, their work has expanded beyond songs into art, films, music videos, ministry and conferences.

That broader identity helps explain “Run The Streets.” It feels less like an isolated single and more like an extension of work the group is already doing.

Musically, WE ARE ONE have also resisted staying inside one familiar worship sound. Instead, they regularly pull from electronic music, rock and pop.

On “Run The Streets,” that combination gives the live performance the momentum needed for its outward-facing message.

The Live Video Arrives With the New Single

The music video arrived alongside the digital release of “Run The Streets (Live)” through Mainstay Records.

Syntax Creative classifies the track across Christian, electronic and pop. However, the recording also leans heavily into EDM and rock.

That mixture fits a group that has spent years connecting music, media and ministry instead of treating them as separate projects.

With “Run The Streets,” WE ARE ONE make that connection especially clear.
